Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness6.2
Multiple guests reported dirty floors, unclean trash lids and a poorly maintained pool area; some rooms arrived slightly dirty.
- Service6.0
Several reviews mention unresponsive or unfriendly staff and poor handling of issues, though one review praised the staff—overall mixed but leaning negative.
- Location10.0
Repeatedly praised as beachfront/sea-view, immediate beach access and very convenient to shops and restaurants.
- Room Quality9.5
Rooms described as spacious with good beds and terraces (some with direct beach access); some notes that rooms need updating and lack air conditioning/modern TVs.
- Amenities6.4
Heated pool exists but access/control and maintenance issues reported; wifi failures for several days, coin-only coffee machine with no cups, parking not included.
- Value for Money6.0
Guests complained about many extra charges (pool, parking, chairs, coffee) and therefore perceived limited value.
- Food and Beverage9.0
Few direct complaints about food; presence of nearby eateries and at least one positive mention of a mini kitchen; limited hotel food-service mentions overall.
- Overall Experience8.5
Mixed to positive overall: excellent location and some repeat guests, but issues with cleanliness, service and amenities lowered the experience for others.
