location was great and close to everything we wanted to see and do. free cookies in the lobby were a nice bonus, but all around it was a nice place.

I made a mistake on the reservation and booked us one day short. So they were nice enough to give us the same room for a night...only they charged me $75 more than what I was paying. At least that's what the lady at the desk said. Then at checkout we find out it was over $100 more and I said "hang on that's higher than what she told me the other day" and she brushed it off and said "yeah that's your rate." At that point what could I do because we'd already slept in the room. I understand I made the mistake but I don't feel like they had to keep jacking the rate up for someone that already booked a stay with them. Wasn't the most shining moment of the trip for me.

The room was very clean and the beds were so very comfortable. The location was okay. I had to pay for a Lyft to Conor’s field and i felt like a shuttle should have been provided since I am handicaped and on a budget.

When we checked in the hotel the two young ladies that were there were not very nice. When we checked out the young lady that helped us was really nice. I also had to pay for overnight parking and it should have been included in the price of the hotel stay.

Convenient location to Coors field for a concert, friendly staff and helpful. Customer service (as in human beings) is always appreciated. Walking distance to everything we needed.

king room - i had specifically asked for a quiet room away from elevator, ice machine, mechanical...noise. they put us right off the elevator, right next to stairway and outside our window was some adjacent company that had nonstop noisy HVAC and a crumby view out our window to boot! we didnt have time to switch rooms as we had reservations for dinner and just dealt with it.

Check in was horrible, why do you have only one employee doing check in for the day? The line was long, backed up and check in took over 20 minutes only to find out our room wasn’t ready. Why do we have to pay for parking in the hotel garage? That should be part of the high hotel rate that I paid, clearly not a good value. Our room wasn’t ready not ready until almost 2 hours later which I should have that time deducted from my rate because the hotel did not commit to the 4:00 check in time which is very unprofessional service.

部屋に備えて付けてあるコーヒーメーカーが調子いい時と悪い時があって イライラした。 シャワーをする場所で、シャワー中 ゴムマットがある以外はツルツル していて滑りやすく怖かった。 フロントのスタッフの対応は チェックインを担当した方は まだ良かったですが、そのスタッフが 交代された次のスタッフの対応は 愛想のないスタッフで不快でした。 私たちがアジア人だから、不快な態度を 取ったのでしょうか。 チェックアウトの対応したスタッフは 普通でした。
