Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness6.2
Repeated complaints about unhygienic rooms: dirty/stained mattresses and bedsheets, general lack of cleanliness and maintenance mentioned in multiple reviews.
- Service8.4
Mixed service feedback: several reviewers praised friendly and helpful staff, while others reported rude behaviour and requests for tips or inefficient staff on certain shifts.
- Location9.8
Consistently praised as the main strength: very central, close to Connaught Place and shopping areas; repeatedly cited as 'the saving grace' or primary pro.
- Room Quality6.2
Frequent notes of small, outdated or poorly maintained rooms: shabby toilets, old locks/doors, poor windows/curtains, and requests to change rooms due to technical problems.
- Amenities7.0
Mixed amenities: pool and AC praised by some, but issues reported with hot water, lift maintenance, TV and other bathroom equipment; overall functional but in need of overhaul.
- Value for Money6.0
Several guests explicitly said it was not good value or too expensive for the condition; complaints about extra charges (e.g., luggage fee) and room quality vs price.
- Food and Beverage8.0
Food/breakfast often noted positively (some called food exemplary), though vegetarian options and dinner choices were described as limited by a few guests.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall stays were generally described as acceptable or homely by many guests (good for short stays), with location and some staff friendliness frequently offsetting property shortcomings.
Avis des voyageurs
The location is superb, and staff behavior is amazing. Kundan (from the dining hall) deserves a special mention for his kind support and professionalism.

A bit of maintenance of latches and show tap heads is required.
The hostel that although has all the facilities of a 3 star hotel. My deluxe double room was spacious and very clean. The hostel is centrally located being in walking distance to connaught Place. It is surrounded by tall trees and gardens. The breakfast is served in a spacious restaurant with attentive personel. The buffe includes both Indian and Western choices.

The photos are not representative. Hygienic wise it was awful. Also service for water or other matter took a lot of time.
