Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness9.0
Generally reported as very clean (rooms described as 'super pulita'/'very clean'), but multiple guests noted hygiene lapses (toilet seat left dirty, used tissue next to sink) which slightly lowered this score.
- Service10.0
Consistently praised across reviews as very friendly, helpful and accommodating (staff described as incredibly welcoming, super smiling, efficient reception), a standout positive.
- Location9.6
Close to city center and easy to reach by tuk-tuk (cheap and quick), convenient for sightseeing though not immediately in the central core.
- Room Quality9.0
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, comfortable and in some cases new, but a few guests reported maintenance issues (loose door handles, broken towel rack, fan problems, stuck wardrobe door) and one report of a dated/run-down room.
- Amenities9.9
Pool repeatedly highlighted as a major asset ('grande piscine', 'oasis', 'big lovely pool'), plus reliable facilities and helpful services; minor negatives like occasional slow Wi‑Fi.
- Value for Money9.7
Multiple guests call it affordable and good value for the price paid, with spacious rooms and solid services reinforcing perceived value.
- Food and Beverage9.7
Breakfast and hotel restaurant are praised (excellent breakfast, varied menu, good pizza and cocktails), contributing strongly to guest satisfaction.
- Overall Experience9.9
Overall overwhelmingly positive experience for most guests: friendly staff, great pool, good food, spacious rooms and good value lead to strong recommendations and return intent.
