excellent location and very helpful staff. Helped us through the train strike so that we didn't miss our connecting flights

we had a suite rather than a room, maybe not what I expected, however it served the purpose. My fault, I should have looked more carefully.
The location was excellent! The room was artistic. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the room was easy to adjust to our liking. The bathroom was clean and good rainfall walk-in shower.

The elevator was very small and slow but for an older building it served it's purpose.
