一切都很棒，接待我们的前台员工非常热心善良，我们不慎把行李落在了火车上，她帮我们热心地汇总信息、拨打热线，最后在她的帮助下我们去地铁站找回了行李。酒店设施非常好，离两个地铁站都很近，公共区域的面包和饮料都非常棒。下次来东京还会选择住这里。

Lovely spacious room (which is hard to find in Tokyo), beautiful and big walk-in shower. Bed was hard but still comfortable and huge. The lobby downstairs was very nice, with free water/juice/coffee, free delicious snacks and pastries and board games. Very eclectic but it works and was super nice. We had a side view of the Skytree from our room, which was also very nice and the property is a short walk away from Oshiage station and easy to get to the rest of Tokyo from. The room cleaning was great, room always spotless, towels always replaced (hung on your door if you said do not disturb). There were decent food options nearby - would heavily recommend a walk to senso-ji/asakusa area. Would recommend “nagone sushi” (a tiny shop run by two old japan husband and wife since forever, the nagone name is english, but it’s not marked as that anywhere on the restaurant itself, which is a tiny hole in the wall 4 table literally 30s walk from the hotel). Would also recommend maison wagyu near the hotel, amazing japanese bbq

Not much, it’s unfortunate that we didn’t get to see the rooftop terrace as it was closed due to inclement weather the whole time we were there.
