What I liked: I stayed in a single room and really liked its style. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When I arrived in Chengdu, I had no internet, and the staff at check-in helped me a lot with my phone. They also wrote a note in Chinese for a nearby restaurant to make sure I wouldn’t be served meat, as I don’t speak the language. Very thoughtful and welcoming!

What I didn’t like: The bed and bathroom were clean, but unfortunately, I found a fairly large cockroach near the entrance of my room. Luckily, I managed to chase it away, and it ran off. Still, it was unpleasant.

Very good hostel, central to sights, close to subway, beds comfortable., clean , friendly staff. Note you can get 7..30 pm bus to see pandas 10 RMB can pay cash or Alipay get bus from were big panda is climbing wall near subway station. Or you can take subway then get bus .
