Comfortable. Very nice Japanese room with Tatami floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely diverse breakfast with the option for 'brunch'

Location was good. Gf gyozas a few doors down to the left if walking out of the hotel. Yum!! -on the opposite side of the street from the hotel. Bathroom supplies were nice and could be picked up from a table at the front reception

Toilet smelled of old urine and even after an extra cleaning remained smelly- very disappointing. Very little gluten-free food- disappointing for the price I paid for my breakfast. (get gyozas for gf shop in the same street instead!
