Все супер, очень приятный хозяин, понимающий, разрешил заселится чуть пораньше, квартира чистая, с просто прекрасным видом, особенно ночью, можно сделать красивые фото, все удобно в плане заселения, инструкция подробная, за свою цену супер!

Не очень удобно добираться общественным транспортом. Дом с апартаментами в самой глубине жилого комплекса, идти далеко. В номере ужасный запах сигарет. Постельное бельё воняло кислым и было грязным . Вода утром отсутствовала , видимо из-за слабой подачи. Туалетный бачок плохо работал. Пол в разводах, плитка на полу отклеялась и просто лежала. Сняты регулировки на батареях и было холодно. Холодильник древний и еле работает.
