We had a situation with the rooms. We requested a room change because the toilet was dirty and the whole bathroom smelled terrible. In the second room they gave us, the same thing happened. So in the third one, the bathroom looked cleaner, but the pee smell was still there. Also, the walls and the trash area, were way too dirty. The whole facility didn’t look too clean either. Apparently, they have a cleaning situation, which was surprising to me since I selected this hotel specifically because it says it's very clean in the reviews. However, I appreciate the help we got from the staff. The person who assisted us was very helpful and kind.

Our twin room was roomy and very comfortable and quiet. We loved the public bath and perks like coffee and smoothies from 6 am, tea and juices throughout the day, wine and small snacks at happy hour, etc. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet, so I can’t say anything about that. The staff were very patient and helpful, including with luggage delivery. The hotel is also very close to the subway and major bus routes. And a big Life supermarket is just a few blocks away.

The hotel is located on a side street among small stores, a few hotels and residences. For privacy’s sake, the hotel room windows are frosted and don’t have a view. We were a little disappointed, but all the good things about the hotel made up for it.

お年寄りの事を伝えてなくて、エレベーターから部屋まで長く歩いた。
