A beautiful villa with a homey feel overlooking a gorgeous enclave. The breakfast was a stand out and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. About 15 mins walk downhill into the old town and great access to local restaurants

No lift and plenty of stairs which was more than fine for us but good to know if you are not able bodied

Excellent friendly staff. Great view from our room. Comfortable bedroom and TV at the end of the bed with all the relevant working apps. Beautifully designed villa on different level with nice pools and sunbeds. 20 mins walk to the old town..a bit longer for Lapad and the port area. Breakfast included. It was substantial and allowed us to fill up. We parked our car for free. A real plus in Dubrovnik.

The attention to detail in the room was fantastic. Bathrobes, slippers, all kinds of bathroom extras.The loveliest boutique hotel. Great location, easy walk to the old city and Lapad bay (though the area is hilly.) The breakfasts are amazing, a huge selection and all freshly made to order. There is nothing negative.
