Worn. Had first room with flooring coming up both of us tripped over. One hurting his knee. 2 nd room Shower sprayed all over when turned on. Mold in corner. 3 room fine.

Kind personnel, the lady serving at breakfast was kind and polite and so it was the receptionist. Breakfast was ok.

I don’t like to complain, but unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. We booked a suite with a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. We chose this option even though it was more expensive than a room with two double beds, because we are a family of four and wanted to sleep in separate rooms. Unfortunately, unlike other hotels that offer comfortable sofa beds, this hotel’s sofa bed was old and of very poor quality. It had a narrow, thin mattress that was completely worn out, with tears exposing the springs. The bed frame was also damaged, crooked and sloping. When we arrived, there were no sheets on the sofa bed either. We eventually found them crumpled up in a wardrobe. We went to reception to report the problem. The receptionist was kind and tried to help by providing us with some extra duvets to place on the mattress to make the springs less noticeable. Despite his good intentions, this did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. Even though the two people sleeping on the sofa bed were both slim and lightweight, they could feel the springs pressing into them throughout the night. The room was booked for four people, yet we were only provided with towels for two. The kitchen was also poorly equipped: just three plates, two cups, one teaspoon, two forks and four knives. Unfortunately, we also had problems with the shuttle service. It was supposed to run every 30 minutes, but we had to wait at the airport for 65 minutes, along with some other guests. Overall, this hotel certainly did not live up to the standards expected of a four-star property.
