The terrace on the rooftop offers good views to the city, there is also probably a good view from some rooms.
The lobby is beautiful, looks more like the lobby of a luxury hotel. Snacks or drinks can still be ordered 24/7. Breakfast is very cheap and has everything you need, it is on the 10th floor and has a fantastic view. The staff is excellent. The location, close to the central station and close to the water, is just right. Quiet enough to relax and central enough to get away quickly. Overall, great value for money.
