Everything, especially the receptionist Zainab, was very cooperative, friendly, and tried to serve as much as possible.

The location, cleanliness, staff behavior, and reception were excellent.

The hotel is compact and nice, located in the middle of Musharib so everything is within walking distance. The room size is excellent, comfortable bathroom, spacious and divided. The wardrobe is small, so it's better to keep the luggage outside or not hang anything in this wardrobe, especially since there is an alternative of hanging clothes on the side hooks, which was a better solution. The room is very clean. The service is fast in some matters and slow in others. The spa is not part of the hotel, meaning when you are a guest, you are treated like any other person coming from outside who uses the services there. Keep in mind that you either take and book a service or pay 100 riyals to use the pool, sauna, and other facilities. The wonderful thing is that it is entirely for women, even the massage rooms are inside the women's section, which is something missing in all five-star hotels because massage rooms usually require going to the reception area or a corridor where men are present, and in this case, it is annoying for me as a veiled woman to have to wear a cover just to pass through the area. The service prices are not cheap at all, but if there is a discount included in your room reservation, it would be excellent because the actual experience was great. However, an important point is that usually on weekends, the spa is reserved for private events, so the guest cannot benefit from it, and this point really bothered me because I was not informed that the place was closed, but it was compensated for on another day. As for breakfast, it is excellent, varied, and the nice thing is that there is no waste; each hot dish is ordered separately, and the service is excellent, and the staff are very kind. The room TV is not a smart TV, and requesting movies comes at an additional cost, which is a point I did not like, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
