We had a side harbour view room that was fantastic. It was large, there was a rainfall showers in the bathroom and excellent wash products to use. Room service was twice a day and the beds were made so expertly with my son's teddies propped up on the bed and clothes folded. Furthermore, beautiful little bookmarks of Chinese Wisdom were left in our room which we really appreciated. There was a universal adaptor and a multi-port USB wire provided as well as standard. The room was large and spacious and clean and tidy with a clean water dispenser. The location is fantastic with a 30 seconds walk to the P1 or P2 entrance of East Tsim Sha Tsui station and the P1 entrance even has a lift for wheelchair access (which is helpful for suitcases as they are not allowed on escalators. Right next door is an excellent ice cream place with amazing flavours and within 30 seconds you are on the avenue of stars and you can pretty much walk all the way underground from P1 of East-TST to the star ferry terminal - not of this is very exciting expect when it is ridiculously hot above ground and also when it is raining hard - it is lovely to be walking in a dry air conditioned environment to many different places without going overground. We book the Horizon Club stay and Tony was fantastic on check in and check out. He was a kind polite and well mannered young man who came across with so much warmth that he was a pleasure to talk to. We were taken up to 20th floor for check in and by the time our check in had finished our bags were already inside our room. I have never seen such efficiency. As soon as we walked in we were treated like kings and this hotel is so child friendly that we will definitely stay here next time in Hong Kong. The morning breakfast is delicious on the 20th floor for Horizon Club members and is cooked to order although there is a small buffet. The cooked breakfast is like Michelin star quality. The view from the 20th floor at breakfast is amazing.
Location
This is my second stay. It is close to the city center, with many restaurants around and convenient. There is an underground passage near the hotel, so you can move to the subway station and the city center regardless of the weather. Since the hotel is right in front of the sea, you can see the beautiful sea and Hong Kong Island on the opposite side from the window of the hotel room, and you can enjoy the best feeling when you wake up in the morning and see the night view. The room is very clean, and the amenities are substantial. The staff are also very kind. This is a hotel that I would like to stay at again when I visit Hong Kong next time.
