Reserved here because I always wanted to stay in one of the grand John Portman hotels; it was a great choice. Very reasonable rates, fantastic lobby, good restaraunt options at a reasonable price. Rooms clean and updated. My only gripe is that the process to retrieve your car from valet at checkout is... not optimized. The pickup location in the basement only allows 3-4 cars to load at once. Asked for keys at 11 AM and did not leave until noon. It's a terrible bottleneck. Not sure what to suggest to solve it, but there has to be a better way. Maybe using the circle drive on the surface somehow.
