Michell was exceptional. We were a large group and mostly vegetarians. He spoke with the kitchen to make amazing meals. Michell was kind, professional, and so amazing. We felt like royalty.
Had a great experience at the AC Lima - headed up to the rooftop restaurant for just a quick drink, but the server Christian was so good I ended up staying at the bar for the whole afternoon to watch the world cup game. He introduced me to his favourite meal on the menu, and recommended a new drink (Chilcano! Which I ended up having many of) making me feel very at home on my first day in Peru. Thanks for your hospitality to Christian, and the AC!
Hotel was excellent. Clean rooms. Received a special fruit and water gift. Breakfast was also excellent. Christian was especially friendly and attentive to my Celiac/Gluten free dietary needs. Highly recommend.
