A historical, wonderful hotel.Is not just a hotel, but a luxurious classic experience.The front office was wonderful and very supportive, check and check out very smooth.The FB team provided perfect service.The breakfast is a journey itself. I definitely recommend it.The location is also a big plus as is just few meters from the Red Square
What a beautiful historic hotel the place is gorgeous and well maintained. Food and service are impeccable. the glass ceiling the gold touches and the whole vibe is magnetic. great location and super courteous staff made it all such a pleasant stay in Moscow
The service is great, hotel is clean, the bathrooms are a bit dated, for the price now it is ok. Very central location. Historical building in good condition. Room is in good condition. Close to the Metro
This is our second time staying at Metropole. The rooms are comfortable. This past occasion we were in a historic room. The only issue was it was extremely warm in the room upon our arrival. Opening the windows was not easy, but achieved, The cool winter air was excellent in the warm room. Because we like to take stairs, we found out that once in the stairwell, there was no way back in so we walked to bottom. Locating an Exit was an experience as we were deposited into the Metropol Hall. The following morning we dined in the Metropol Hall and again were more than delighted with the breakfast. We recognized staff from previous visits. This is a great hotel with fantastic staff.
