The staff is pleasant and professional. The breakfast was very good. The pools were clean and pleasant. They listened to my request and arranged a room adapted for my elderly mother and made sure that the two rooms I booked would be adjacent to each other.

מאוד מאוכזב שהמלון לא כמו שהיה פעם. החדרים לא היו מוכנים בזמן. תהליך הצ'ק אין לקח יותר משעה. זה מבולבל ולא מרגיש כמו 5 כוכבים בכלל. ואחד משני המעליתים לא עובדת. רע.
