We stayed at the Residence Inn Downtown Vancouver for 1 night pre cruise in July 2026. If you are driving a car, there is a small covered alleyway on the side of the hotel where you can temporarily park, run in to drop things off and check in. Our room was right off the elevator and we thought that might be an issue, but it really wasn't too noisy. Our room was great. This Residence Inn did a great job with the room arrangement to fit everything and still feel large. It was a great room layout even with the kitchen. The free breakfast was typical with a few hot choices, breads, cereals, etc., but what stood out to us was that there was a lot of seating available. It took us 15-20 minutes to walk to the cruise terminal from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. There are also lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from this hotel too.
The people that works here! They are wonderful and helpful! In particular Anna and Rosalía! Thank you Anna for the Anniversary card and the wine! The hotel is very nice and very well located. We love the area and got to walk around so easily. We requested a microwave because the room didn't have one and it was send to our room immediately! Thank you! We appreciate the extra coffee in our room and the bottles of water. Other hotels have a "coffee station" in the lobby and you can help yourself with that, but we didn't find it here. There was a "water station" in the lobby too! We loved the pool and the pool area. The parking lot is great and very well illuminated (we didn't like the charges for parking) We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back next year again.
