Stayed here for 5 nights to be close to BIHMC for spouse’s surgery. We were in the largest studio room with 2 queen beds. Room was fairly basic, but comfortable, clean, large and quiet. It looked like it had recently been refurbished, which was nice. If you need to be close to one of the Beth Israel Centers, this is perfect. It’s also only a 20 minute walk to the Fenway area with lots of dining options. I would stay there again.

This was a pleasant surprise The rooms are very clean and fresh Several food options available right within the complex The Inn couldn't be more conveniently located approximately 15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive to the hospital. Everyone was pleasant to deal with but a big shout out to Sara at the front desk She was calm, professional plus very friendly and pleasant to deal with.A great first impression for the Inn.

My daughter had surgery at Brigham & Women's and the hotel was a short two blocks away. Sara at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant stay. Had a great chat with the morning clerk Sean about Ireland. If I ever go back to Ireland, I'll make sure to visit Sligo and Galway.

Our stay at the Inn at Longwood ended up being much longer than we had originally planned due to an unexpected medical situation when my husband was admitted to the hospital. During what was a very stressful and uncertain time, Noah at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and accommodating as he helped us extend our stay several times while we waited to learn what each new day would bring. His patience, professionalism, and genuine concern made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it was Noah’s exceptional customer service that truly made our experience memorable. He treated us with such care and kindness, and we are sincerely grateful for everything he did for us. Thank you, Noah, for making us feel supported during such a challenging time. You are a wonderful example of outstanding customer service, and we will always remember your kindness.
