Location. Front desk staff. Breakfast.
We stayed in Roma for a few days after our cruise. The staff was amazing, kind, and very attentive. Definitely worth another visit!!! Our flight was early and they packed us a breakfast box to go!!!!
The location was perfect. We walked to everything. The room was perfect (for how long you're actually in it.) Hotel was quiet and clean. They cleaned our room everyday and always gave us fresh towels. The service at the desk was amazing. Whatever we needed they were very accommodating. But outside was amazing!! Not far from the Trevi, gelato shops, restaurants, bakery (that has the best pizza in Rome), a grocery store and more. We will be going back to this hotel and told friends about it for their stay in November.
The staff was helpful, given the multiple inconveniences
