Staff behavior

Almost everything I'd say, the hotel was amazing, staff was lovely and it was clean as well! The pool area is amazing and the water was really nice as well. The hotel is around 1.5km away from Burj Khalifa which makes it possible to walk or run, but I wouldn't recommend doing that in the current heat

The location, hotel luxury, room design and furniture modernity, the presence of a club and salon, the Egyptian duty manager and the second duty manager, all of them deserve a lot of thanks, always cooperative. I wish I had their names mentioned by name. I asked the hotel to allocate a specific room for me and the request was fulfilled. During my stay, it was my birthday and they presented me with a cake. Of course, this is the second experience and the second review. The first experience was before 9 months for 9 nights and now my stay is for 13 nights
