Taj MG is my home away from home. I have been staying here regularly for the past 16 years, which speaks volumes about the consistently high standards of hospitality and service they provide. A special mention to Mr. Giri, whose leadership as hotel manager ensures that every stay is warm, seamless, and welcoming. Had a wonderful lunch at Trinity Square. The service was excellent by Mr. Saumya. They had accommodated us next to the pool, which had a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Good options on the menu. Fish Finger was delicious and Chicken Risotto was one of the best we had ever tried.
I have been battling to make a hotel reservation on the Taj Hotel website but to no avail. Today I went to the Taj MG Road Bangalore and Mr. Ningaraju, Concierge Manager alone helped me and went out of his way so that I could book a room at one of the Taj Hotels. He has always been a great help to me within the hotel and personally. He is an asset to the hotel and indispensable. Thank you so much Mr. Ningaraju for being so helpful and professional.
