I had a really great stay and can absolutely recommend this hotel! The hotel was super clean, the rooms were top-notch, and the beds are just amazing – I have never slept so well in a hotel before. But the absolute highlight was the staff. All employees were incredibly attentive, friendly, and warm. I felt welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. I would like to mention Rodrigo, Martin, Manell, Maik, and Carlos in particular – they made this stay so special. Rodrigo's recommendation allowed me to experience a really nice salsa evening and safely enjoy the nightlife. I am truly grateful to him because that was definitely one of the highlights of my vacation. Martin was always super friendly and cheerful at the pool. I even got to practice my Spanish with him, which was really fun. You can just tell that everyone here does their job with heart. Employees like these truly make a difference and ensure that guests feel completely at ease. I would come back anytime and can really recommend this hotel to everyone.
