Close to Arab Street and easy transportation access
I have stayed at this hotel several times before and received good treatment. Concierge Sam is great, always attentive. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I asked the Front Desk Manager or assistant for a slightly late check-out until 2:00. She was very rude and only offered until 1:30. She also mentioned an upgrade in the room. When I tried to speak to the GM or MOD, she insisted that I talk to her.
Food: The food tastes good, but for Indian food, it could be slightly more authentic to provide a better experience with Indian spices. Atmosphere: Good atmosphere, clean and spacious dining area. Service: Excellent service, 12/10. Khun Sanan, Nong May, and Nong Gift provide excellent service, attentive to diners, overall service-oriented, quick, always asking what is needed, genuine, and contribute to a very friendly, respectful, and pleasant dining atmosphere.
