The team is very professional and very nice. The service is top-notch. Every request is immediately fulfilled. They even had a plaster when I asked if they happened to have one. The breakfast was very good (lots of vegetables, which is not always obvious). We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit far from the center, very close to the Great Synagogue, but it didn't bother us as we did a lot of walking. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, and many kosher restaurants. Highly recommended.
Comfy rooms, great rooftop pool, good breakfast, convenient location
The hotel looked classy and sympathetic to the history of the site. The facilities were perfect, the availability of a wellness centre was priceless at the end of a two week, four city break.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful. The Galeria Bar/Cafe is a nice spot to have a drink or sweet treat. The room was clean. The view from the rooftop was very nice. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast offered a large selection of good food.
All was super!
