The rooftop, the location, the clean smell

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel. The property was very clean throughout, housekeeping did an excellent job, and all of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. That said, I feel there are a few areas where the hotel could better reflect its four-star rating. The breakfast was good, but I think a little more variety would be welcome. I also feel that including the minibar in the room rate would make the overall experience more competitive, as it's something many hotels of a similar standard now offer. The minibar itself was very basic, consisting of just three small bottles of water and two soft drinks. My room was not the entry-level category, yet it didn't include a coffee machine or even a kettle, which I found a little surprising. Finally, the soundproofing could definitely be improved. The walls are quite thin, and unfortunately it was very easy to hear neighbouring rooms—sometimes rather more than you would like! These are relatively minor points and didn't spoil my stay, but I believe addressing them would make the experience even better and help the hotel stand out among other four-star properties.

Hotel location, and services were very good and above my expectation. Hotel breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Thank you for a good time in Copacabana.

Exceptional attention from the hotel staff, especially we received a very warm and collaborative attention from the reception staff, the restaurant staff, and the doormen at the main entrance. Every day they were smiling and attentive, literally running to give us their collaboration and help with the luggage, packages, and to open the doors. Also, upon returning, they asked us about how the experience of the tours and visited places had been.
