Dealing of staff is superb with guests
This was a great option for our family during our recent trip to Cape Town. It is about 10 minutes by car from the V&A Waterfront (the hotel offers a free shuttle) and within minutes of other local attractions. Rooms were clean and reasonably appointed. Restaurant offered a wide selection of options - every meal we had was well prepared and breakfast was ample. The staff in the restaurant was particularly friendly (especially Elna, who went above and beyond). The area is not safe to walk around, but given the easy access to Uber and other options to popular Cape Town destinations, it wasn't an issue. While the hotel is not 'fancy' it served our needs well. We would return to this property again if ever in Cape Town.
