Ambiance. Friendly service
I usually pick hotels based on location first so I chose this hotel for its excellent location. Now the hotel itself rooms are clean and well equipped and you have all you need. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice and every morning we were greeted with smiles. I would definitely stay again
It completely exceeded my expectations. Did not expect to arrive at such a grand, yet quaint hotel full of character from the moment i stepped into the main lobby. Situated along the heart of luxe boutiques, yet surrounded by local stores and eateries with beautiful identities. Breakfast was very hearty. Service was outstanding, staff were incredibly helpful. Room and bed were very comfortable. Walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake, and theres a famed ice cream shop right across the street from the hotel that has preserved flavours from decades ago, making the area so vibrant at night.
