Great Hotel in HK, Good Service for Concierge Nic and Oliviar, they automatically offer umbrella when its a rainy day

The Hari Hong Kong is an exceptionally stylish hotel, with interiors that feel polished, plush and thoughtfully designed. What impressed me was that the hotel never sacrifices function for form. The rooms are extremely comfortable and cleverly laid out, making excellent use of the available space even where some room categories are more compact. I stayed for five nights, and by the end of my stay, the hotel had genuinely started to feel like home. Almost every member of staff seemed to remember my name and would greet me warmly each morning and evening. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of rooms, the experience still felt remarkably bespoke. The service was exemplary throughout, particularly from the front desk team, including Peddy, Elmond, Joanne and the many others whose names I regrettably did not note. The staff were also consistently proactive, often anticipating what might be helpful and offering assistance in thoughtful and unexpected ways without my even having to ask. The concierge team on the ground floor was equally friendly and helpful each day, although understandably they could become busy during peak hours. Housekeeping was equally impressive. The team was punctual, friendly and clearly very hardworking, and my room was kept practically spotless throughout the stay. The location is unbeatable, positioned perfectly between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. There are countless restaurants, shops and malls within walking distance, offering a wonderful mix of authentic and modern Hong Kong. There was never a dull moment, and the hotel made an excellent base from which to experience the city. Above all, it was the service that truly stood out. It was clear that the team took immense pride in working at such a fine hotel, and that sense of pride came through in every interaction.

Amazing dinner at Zoku. It’s my third time and I’d always come back. Shout out to the restaurant staff Kansu. Cheers!
