Wonderful experience always
Almost everything, except from the view from my room. A construction site, is a boring view with a children with. Even though I tried to ask the receptionist if they can do something about it. But obviously they didn’t. It’s a lot of money of a view less room.
Everything! It was amazing
We received amazing service right when we arrived. We were greeted by Rhadj, who was incredibly welcoming and took care of our check-in. She explained everything so well that she answered all of my questions before I even had to ask. She even got us rooms with the best views of both the hotel and the city! Ahren, who brought our bags up, was also super friendly and proactively requested extra pillows and blankets for us. Overall, our first visit to Okada was truly memorable, thanks to the wonderful reception team.
