Have been staying at IBIS for years now. This one surely Needs upgrade. Old dirty bed sheets, bad pillows. TV remote did not work properly - even after complaining twice. Below avg breakfast & food quality.
Considering this is called ibis city centre it didn’t feel like it with very limited shops, restaurants, malls etc. As for the room, there was no hot water in the shower and my TV wasn’t working. Definitely won’t recommend I’m sorry to say.
The security scrutiny was just unimaginable. Took almost an hour to verify my ID. The rooms smells- I regret booking this hotel at this price. Room r very very small. They did not even put the AC on Before I come to this room so it was very hot, cramped and smelly room. The restaurant at this hotel is extremely expensive - for such a dirty and very mediocre restaurant. Don’t stay at this hotel.
The room was too small.
Nice size for one person. But unable to open 2 luggage at the same time. Clean and simple but rooms do get musty and humid.
