Reception staff and manager are very unique.

The breakfast was very good, but on Saturday when I arrived, there was no longer a basic item and I requested a replacement because there was still over an hour left for breakfast to end and the employee said it was over. Shortly after, I passed by another table and they were serving the item on a separate plate to another guest. This bothered me a bit, but otherwise, absolutely impeccable. I will definitely come back.

Cristiano, Rodrigo, Renato, and Marcelo are the best hotel employees... For their attention, care, and education. I always come back because of them and the impeccable facilities.
