I had a wonderful stay at Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ariani for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She was attentive, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Stay here for almost 2 nights and very satisfied with the front office team. Who handle me so nice and full of smile with good attitude. Lobby is also clean and the front office staff in neat attire adds to the hotel's aesthetics
First time staying at Aston Simatupang. Booking via website was easy. We requested extra clean bed/room due to allergic to dust and Aston did a great job prior to our arrival. Room ambient is relaxing & comfortable. Thank you duty manager/Mas Samsuddin & crews for preparing our room. Breakfast with various choices but I would suggest to upgrade its taste to the next level.
