very unpleasant and uncomfortable that dogs are roaming around the hotel. Sitting on the sofas 🤢 definitely ruins the experience. Food choices were so poor and not suitable at all. The service was good but the dogs definitely made it unpleasant
I really love this hotel. And I can sometimes be picky! We stayed in a stunning suite, and added a rollaway in the lounge for our teenager. The room was perfect. Spotless, stylish, quiet, great beds, tons of space, perfect bathroom, good air con, perfect wifi. Breakfast at Luke’s kitchen was perfect every day. Service was perfect from every person we came across. Always friendly, efficient, competent. Whoever manages staff training is doing a great job. I mucked up a meal time, completely my fault, and they covered a quick replacement meal. Gracious and charming. Wierd observation but it smells great too! The location is easy. One block to the light rail on George st, about 3 blocks in a straight line to the Pitt st mall. Right now the pool is closed, I think they are rebuilding but it didn’t matter being winter. I will definitely stay again. Everything felt easy.
Everything. So close to everything. Yet so quiet. Bed was so comfortable. And that Peach Iced tea. Loved it. What a wonderful addition.
