Juan and David were wonderful, our stay at the indigo was wonderful!!
Check-in at this hotel was excellent. Guissepe, the front desk attendant was warm and professional. I was impressed at his efficiency — he had a sheet and highlighted all the parts I needed to sign, which really sped up intake. He also provided me a 20% off perk for breakfast, in addition to all the other perks this hotel offers. Usually, check-in is my least favorite part of a hotel experience. But Guissepe made it personal, memorable, and one of the best check-in experiences I have ever had.
We went to LA and stayed at the Hotel Indigo. Juan and David were awesome, very friendly and helpful I highly recommend them and the Hotel Indigo.Five Star
