The staff were very friendly and everything was of good quality. I dined at the hotel once and it was very good. The cocktails were excellent. I enjoyed the small spa, which was very peaceful. I wanted to give myself a treat and I felt it was very good value for a couple of nights of luxury. The location is good, with easy access to the tram and things to do within walking distance too.
Terrace overlooking the old town, the castle, and a convent is an exceptional place for breakfast and also for a drink in the evening.
Great location, lovely spa and rooftop bar. The staff could not have been more helpful during our stay.
