Msquare Hotel charged my card twice without authorization. No booking, no stay, no refund - pure fraud. No room, no service, just a bill on your card.
The hotel rooms could be cleaner. The toilets are rickety with permanent stains. The outside/restaurant area is clean but the rooms are not the best for the price.
Nice and good
Overall fair stay. The staff are professional. Main issues are Wi-Fi/no internet and poor network, and the bathrooms need work done. Major drainage concerns.
I Booked this hotel on booking.com as referred by TripAdvisor. I got to the hotel to make payments and I was overcharged. I came back to cancel after checking the rooms, I decided to cancel. I was told my overcharged amount and the booking was going to be refunded. I have been back and forth with the hotel since then till date they only refunded part of the total I paid making excuses even though the room was sold the same night, and I was overcharged. Despite the fact that I sent evidence of the payments, they claim to be fully refundable yet they find it difficult to refund my payment, be careful with this property.
