The hotel is beautiful as it is set in a national park. The food is always well prepared and the juices are wonderful. The staff are always willing to try please you. Hoang Dat and Nguyen Ha went out of there way to make it an extra special time while we were there on this ocassion.
Was not impressed. We had booked for 3 adults. On check-in at 3:30pm, the front desk confirmed that the room was for 3 people, but when entering the room there was nothing set up for 3. No bedding, no gowns, no towels, nothing. On query, I was just told house keeping will sort it. Once again, no indication of when. Just poor customer service. We decided to take a walk to see where we can eat that night and outside the restaurant there was a squashed dead rat. That same rat was there in the morning when we went for breakfast. There is no way the staff could not have seen the rat. Thus, if your staff don’t care it will come out in their attitude towards the guests. Give this place a miss.
