Multiple guests praise cleanliness and describe rooms as very clean and well maintained; a few mentions of a faint mildew smell and an old/stained crib lowered this slightly.
Many reports of very helpful, professional and accommodating staff (help with car battery, friendly check-in), but several mentions of unfriendly night desk staff and slow/forgotten receipt mailing.
Consistently highlighted as excellent — close to Emory Hospital and the university, frequently cited as a primary reason to stay.
Rooms generally described as comfortable, spacious and visually nice; isolated issues reported include a firm bed for some guests, confusing room layout, non-working ventilation fan and occasional smells.
Amenities like a coffee shop, lobby bar and convenient garage parking are positives, but several guests noted the pool was closed/dirty, no readily available luggage carts and a broken hair dryer.
Most guests felt the stay met expectations given the quality, though one guest described it as 'fair but not outstanding' for the price; excellent breakfast and convenient location add perceived value.
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as exceptional (some call it among the best), with a well-regarded breakfast buffet and an early-opening lobby coffee shop.
Overall very positive sentiment with many 'amazing' stays and strong recommendations; a minority of issues (noise, unfriendly staff, amenity problems) temper but do not dominate the experience.
Great location and beautiful rooms and common areas

Wish there was a 24 hour coffee shop or at least one open from early morning until late night all days of the week
Breakfast was great, staff I seen were great. Location to hospital was great

Za mě bylo všechno super. Místo blízko univerzity, pokoje hezké a čisté. Z jídel jsme měli pouze snídani, ale musím říct, že patří mezi nejlepší, které jsem kdy v rámci hotelu měl.

Great location for visiting family at Emory hospital. The hotel was comfortable, clean and visually nice.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed for our entire stay. Our grandkids were with us visiting their dad in the hospital and was hoping they could enjoy the pool. Also, the crib that was brought to the room for our one year old was stained and old.
