It is a very nice hotel in a great location for sightseeing and exploring the city. The room was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was also very comfortable.

We were planning to rent bicycles for two days, so we asked the reception if there was a safe place where we could store them. They told us that we could keep them in the hotel garage and that the valet would let us know where to park them. Based on this information, we went ahead and rented the bikes. Unfortunately, when we arrived with the bikes and asked the valet where we could leave them, his response was very rude and dismissive. He told us that the hotel did not have bike racks or anywhere to store bicycles. When we explained that reception had told us otherwise, he simply told us to go down to the parking garage and leave them at the entrance, where they had a lot of old furniture, boxes, and other items. The hotel had recently completed a renovation, and this area of the parking garage was being used to store old furniture, boxes, and miscellaneous items. We also found an old bike rack there, buried under a pile of things and with difficult access. Since it was already too late to return the bikes because the rental shop was closed, we had no choice but to lock them together and place some boxes around them so they would be less visible from the street. The main issue was that the reception staff gave us incorrect information, while the valet seemed completely uninterested in helping us find a safe solution. He was not busy at the time, but he made no effort to help us. It was disappointing that the reception did not know they no longer had a proper place to store bicycles, and that the valet was so unhelpful when we explained the situation.

For a large double room why was there only one chair. Both occupants want to sit at times. Unhappy with the coffee machine and disposable cups. Lack of pictures on the wall - hardly a boutique hotel.

The AC did not work. Reported to staff multiple times that the AC was not working. Would "fix" it, then leave it to continue not working. Our last night ended with a portable fan in our room with window open to let the 30 degree air cool our room. The only compensation was no parking charge.

Lokalizacja jest idealna, wszędzie blisko. Trader Joe’s 5 minut piechotą obok hotelu (za hotelem).

Na tak duży obiekt w pewnym momencie działała 1 winda. Słabo opisane korytarze- są dość kręte i do naszego pokoju za pierwszym razem nie mogliśmy trafić. Na korytarzach są dywany- z trudem poruszaliśmy się z walizkami.
