Loved the location, very close to Bourbon Street, but away from the noise. The hotel was everything I wanted for my first visit to NOLA. The room was comfortable, loved the view from our balcony, people were great.

Can't think of a thing.
Location was great for everything we wanted to do, visit Bourbon Street, Mississippi River, French Market, Cemetery tour and great food. Hotel was old school New Orleans style, exactly what we want an pretty much met expectations.

The price to park at Hotel was almost as expensive as the cost of the rooms, not value for money and then you have to tip a Valet to get you car for you. This is poor on the Hotels part, by all means tip the Valet but not pay for parking, this should be included in th price. Swimming pool is tiny too, I understand at the time these buildings were built, but pool for all it was nice, too small

Dirty everywhere, especially the bathrooms. I’ve stayed once before 10 years ago and had a good time. It seems nothing has been updated or cleaned much since and one of the two elevators was broken for the entirety of our stay.

No bed skirts on the bed!!! The old box spring was visible?!?! Ripped/torn carpet in the hallways. I understood that a hold was put on my credit card when I checked in. It was actually a HARD CHARGE of $165. If this is not refunded I will of course be fighting this charge.
