Loved the spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool and with city views. We arrived early in the morning and were able to use the pool changing rooms and leave our luggage which was great. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the staff were excellent. Thank you!

Location was the number 1 for us great that it was clean too.

Fold away bed wasn't made very well. Would have been better to have a proper fitted sheet. especially for a kid. folded sheets on top just kept falling off. Also, door card didn't work well was annoying to stand there constantly tapping waiting for it to turn green. Spring beds probably need to be updated; I would have loved a super comfortable mattress to match everything else about the property.

Location is perfect. The apartment size for a family of 4 is excellent. The pool and spa were great for some downtime between adventuring.

They really need smart tvs. We even bought our own chrome cast from home but the tvs are so cheap and old it didn’t work. It’s a simple thing that would make a lot of difference for families.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Apartment hatte wie gebucht einen Ausblick auf die Skyline. Die Küche war (ohne, dass wir gekocht haben) soweit gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und ausreichend Spültabs. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich mit großem Sofa. Hotelparkplätze im angeschlossenen Parkhaus waren ausreichend vorhanden, jedoch teuer (50 AUD pro Tag). Gut war, dass wir unser Auto am Abreisetag dort noch einige Stunden stehen lassen konnten. Die Lage war gut, mit einem Bus in 300 m Entfernung war man in 15 Minuten am Circular Cay.

Die Sauberkeit ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig, vor Allem im Bad. Uralter Schmutz an den Armaturen am Waschbecken, die Schiene der Duschtür grausig, dicker Staub auf dem Toilettenpapierhalter, völlig verdrecktes Abzugsgitter. Die Philosophie der "täglichen Zimmerreinigung" haben wir auch nicht verstanden. Es wurden täglich nur die Betten gemacht, für 5 Tage hatten wir 1 1/2 Rollen Klopapier, aufgefüllt wurde nicht (es war offensichtlich alle), wir mussten es an der Rezeption ordern. Einmal erhielten wir frische Handtücher, geputzt oder gesaugt wurde gar nicht, auch nicht im Bad, eine Toilettenbürste gab es nicht. Des weiteren wurden vom Reinigungspersonal 2 x die Zimmerkarten, die im Slot steckten, mitgenommen, am Ende hatten wir statt dreien nur noch eine. Das Bad/WC war Marke uralt mit vorsintflutlichen Armaturen, völlig unpraktisch aus heutiger Sicht.
