Great location! The hotel is just minutes from IAH airport—ideal for catching early flights. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Even with our brief interaction with the staff, the service and professionalism of the person who checked us in left a wonderful impression. Thank you Alexa!

Nothing to dislike!

Although I booked a suite, the room was simply spacious, and the refrigerator was old. The air vents and air conditioning units were visibly dirty and covered in dust. The bathroom mirror also appeared to have been left partially cleaned, with noticeable streaks and smudges. The sofa was visibly stained and dirty, making it unusable throughout my stay.

The hotel is super cozy, and I loved that I was given a room with a view to the blvd, from where you can see planes about to land. The airport shuttle service is very punctual, and the reception staff are very friendly. I love this hotel.

Personal super amable. Desde los señores que manejan el shuttle bus hasta las recepcionistas, personal de limpieza. Especialmente como una mujer Latina que viajaba sola por primera vez me sentí bien atendida. Para una noche esperando un vuelo el hotel es perfecto. Recibes lo que pagas.

At the airport we called the hotel to send us the promised shuttle, but we were told that the shuttle is not working. So we had to find our way ourselves. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was arrogant, yes, simply arrogant. She told us that we cannot get the suite we've booked. By insisting and saying again and again that we've booked on Booking.com and that we've paid it already, finally, like magic, we got our suite. - The swimming pool was empty, trashed, it looked horrible, like something abandoned since years. Broken moldy chairs and sun loungers - Breakfast was horrible.
