We were first set for a room on the 2nd floor above the bar and it was so noisy we even felt the bass of the music in the room’s walls. Staff were very kind and offered to change the room even with consideration of taking off the resort fee for the first night.

We were 3 ppl in the reservation and breakfast was included but the hotel mentioned that breakfast of a room is only 2 ppl, we had to deal with this at checkout convincing them we had no option to select how many ppl are included with breakfast through Booking. And also the buffet was not option varied, no cereal or vegetables at all..
