The property was not very well maintained. The room felt off with only basic amenities. The housekeeping was at an additional charge. I did not enjoy much.

Locatie was goed. Rustig en verschillende supermarkten/winkels in de buurt. Gelegen aan de eindhalte van gekende historische kabeltram Je moet je inchecken in een ander hotel aan de andere kant van de straat met vriendelijk personeel Prijs/kwaliteit zeker goed

Een kleine frigo op de kamer zou wel handig zijn aangezien er geen ontbijt/barfaciliteiten zijn in het hotel

Location was good as it was very close to the cable car, the BART/ Metro and the street cars that take you to Fishermans Wharf and Castro.

The Wi-Fi was non-existent and despite numerous complaints, the staff were very dismissive and did not look at anything. also having booked a 10 day stay, they would only change your sheets once which I think is unacceptable. There is no receptionist at this hotel and you have to go to another hotel to even speak to someone.
