This was my first time visiting Copenhagen and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the bedroom was lovely and quiet. The location was incredible especially for my first visit. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant downstairs we had a few drinks in the bar area and it was a lovely addition to the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property.

No kettle, fridge or coffee machine in room. No aircon. Absolutely outrageously expensive!

Small room, means small room! Toilet intuded into the shower, no ventilation and very noisy, seems no sound proofing from the surrounding rooms.

The facilities was badly taking care off and the room was not a in good condition. My showered was flooded and the hotel didn’t offer to do anything. My room was extremely loud from the courtyard.
