Great location. Nice room

Great location. Nice room

We had a lot of noise the first 3 mornings. When we mentioned it we were told no work was going on. It wasn’t work - a mechanical sound like an awning or electric windows. Yes a late check out was given but this doesn’t cover for disturbance.

Everything. We paid for early check-in but our train was delayed meaning we got there 30 mins before normal check-in time and the cost of the early check-in was not put on. The room was massive, we had upgraded but even so I was impressed. Staff excellent. View perfect from the 11th (I think) floor. Breakfast, there was a lot to choose from.
