Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness8.0

Generally described as clean throughout reviews (rooms and lobby praised), though occasional notes about banana flies near the coffee/bakery area and some darker rooms reduce a perfect score.

• Service8.2

Staff repeatedly described as attentive and lovely; a few comments noted less engaged personnel, so overall service is solid but not flawless.

• Location9.3

Consistently praised across reviews for central, convenient placement near shops, stations and attractions — many reviewers highlighted walking distance to key points.

• Room Quality6.4

Multiple complaints about small or cramped family rooms, worn/dated decor, thin or hard mattresses, intermittent lighting and some bathrooms being small — room quality is the weakest area.

• Amenities8.2

Positive notes about included gym and sauna, pleasant lobby and 24/7 tea station; amenities are a clear plus for the hotel.

• Value for Money7.6

Mixed signals: many guests said the hotel offered good value and was worth the price, while a few called it expensive — overall slightly above average value.

• Food and Beverage9.2

Breakfast/buffet repeatedly described as very good, varied and excellent; considered a major highlight by many reviewers.

• Overall Experience7.9

Overall stays are positive with strong location and breakfast, but recurrent room quality issues and occasional service/price negatives moderate the overall impression.

Its a bit far away from city centre.

la colazione è molto completa e buona. gli addetti di sala sono attenti e non fanno mancare nulla

l'arredamento della camerà è un po vecchio

Location is great. We stayed for 3 nights & walked everywhere. Amazing buffet for breakfast. Both adults & kids enjoyed. Particularly liked being able to make my own cup of tea at anytime downstairs with fresh milk. 11 year old don loved the 7 11 over the road… Such lovely staff, too

Nothing.

Läget var jättebra med gångavstånd till allt.

Lite trångt familjerum och rätt litet badrum. Sedan hade de satt upp elementet väldigt varmt.
